Returns and refunds policy
The returned product must be new and the customer is able to return it during the first 7 days after receiving it, shipping it back to us for returning or fixing is free of charge. Refund processing time is 7 days.
The customer packs the product and ship it back with coordination with us. We do not have restock fee but shipping it back to us if it is faulty is fee of charge, while if it is not faulty then it is customer’s responsibility.
